Overview
NUMO is an outreach workspace that helps users research prospects, draft outreach, send approved messages, and track replies. This policy explains what information NUMO processes when you use the hosted app and local worker.
Information We Process
NUMO may process account profile information, prospect records, outreach drafts, message metadata, sent messages, replies, uploaded drafting sources, settings, and local worker status. If you connect Google, NUMO processes the Google account data needed to provide Gmail sending, reply detection, calendar availability checks, and Drive-backed drafting sources.
Google Data
When you connect Google, NUMO requests access to Gmail send, Gmail read-only, Calendar free/busy, Drive read-only, and basic profile/email scopes. NUMO uses this access only to send user-approved email, detect relevant replies, check availability when drafting scheduling replies, and read selected Drive documents for drafting context.
NUMO does not sell Google user data. NUMO does not use Google user data for advertising. NUMO does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the app, comply with law, protect security, or with your direction.
Storage and Security
NUMO stores connected-account tokens and workspace data so the product can operate across sessions. Access tokens are scoped to the user who connected the account. Users can disconnect Google by removing the integration in NUMO and can revoke access from their Google Account permissions page.
Retention
NUMO keeps workspace records while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Users may delete prospects, tasks, and integrations from the app. Account deletion requests can be sent to the contact below.
